I'm so glad that daniel came, and I really do feel that our friendship has evolved in a way. We talk about the past openly and more freely. I've never really felt like it was all over.. maybe not OVER in that sense, like yes of cos it is over, but I feel like I've never had.. closure. I know closure is overated, but its just.. that thing that has been taboo in our conversations, and generally in our friendship as well. I do feel that, yes, I needed it. I needed that conversation.

The best time of the night was sitting with my bestie on the rocks by the sea, chatting just like we've done almost every night since we started being good friends. It may have been the same as every night, but it was still special to me. I'm always surprised at how we understand each other. Under the stars, looking towards the sea, knowing that I'm contented with my lot.
